How can I book a cleaning or pest control service?
You can book online through our website, send us an email, or give us a call. Our team will confirm your booking and provide a free quote if needed.
What areas do you cover?
We currently provide cleaning and pest control services across London and the surrounding areas. Contact us with your postcode and we’ll confirm availability.
What are your working hours?
Our team operates Monday to Saturday, 8:00am – 8:00pm. Emergency pest control visits may be arranged outside these hours.
Do I need to be home during the service?
No, as long as we have access to your property. Many customers provide us with a key or entry instructions for convenience.
How quickly can you respond to urgent requests?
For pest control and emergency cleans, we aim to respond the same day whenever possible. Standard bookings can usually be arranged within 24–48 hours.
Can I reschedule or cancel my booking?
Yes, we just ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to avoid cancellation fees.
